Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your FKSP pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and custom-altered garments are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all FKSP designer tags and security ribbons remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
